Young Minds at Risk: The association between prenatal exposure to synthetic Oxytocin and onset of ADHD
Dr. Kurth will present a brief overview of recent research that explored the association between prenatal exposure to synthetic Oxytocin and subsequent onset of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. Study rationale, findings, speculative impressions and directions for future research will be discussed, along with recommendations for multidisciplinary clinicians to assess for ADHD using prenatal markers.
Dr. Kurth will also be presenting a Research Poster Session on this topic at this APPPAH Congress.
