2010, Issue 3, Fall

Like David Chamberlain eloquently noted about the APPPAH Journal, neither does this more humble publication come into being without lots of editorial support and many contributions from those whose names sometimes appear, but who often go uncredited. In the spirit of the Thanksgiving that will come to pass while this issue is current, I want to thank all of those who so graciously fall into both those categories.
