    WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK 2011

    August 1-7 is World Breastfeeding Week, designed to raise breastfeeding awareness and celebrate the collective efforts around the world to protect, support and promote breastfeeding. The theme for this year's World Breastfeeding Week is communication and using a variety of methods to accomplish those goals.

    APPPAH member Wendy Anne McCarty's newest article, "Consciousness at the Beginning of Life," appears in Bridges (21:1), magazine of The International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine. ISSSEEM also hosted Dr. McCarty's workshop, "Evidence Based Spirituality at the Beginning of Life," during their 2010 conference.
