Karen Strange, midwife, and founder of “The Midwifery Management of Neonatal Resuscitation.” She lectures about the baby's experience of birth, its journey, and recovery from adverse events. As an expert in optimal neonatal transitions, she helps participants see through the eyes of the newborn. She conveys the experience of birth with wisdom and wit. Karen shares tools for families, therapists and birth attendants to help babies integrate what happens at birth and beyond, especially when things do not go as planned. She has taught over 6,500 participants resuscitation skills in a manner that supports wholeness rather than trauma.
