In this training session, Rochele HC Hirsch, M.S., originator of the Theory of How Come, teaches her system for rapidly decoding and transforming the preconscious hardwired belief structures that generate recurring patterns of stress in our lives. These Stress Fractals produce instinctive reactions that sabotage desired success. Through her system of Conscious Transformation, Rochele’s clients have dropped cravings for gambling to crystal meth, ended neediness, resolved relationship issues and increased business success. In this 3-hr session you will learn how to decode your own Stress Fractals and how to use the Conscious Transformation* method she has developed. *Most therapy models support a person in COPING better with the issues in their lives, which means they are more capable of interrupting their instinctive reactions to experiences and choosing healthier responses. In contrast, TRANSFORMATION produces a change both in their instinctive reactions and in their natural experience of life. Most transformation occurs spontaneously, such as during Grof’s Holotropic Breathwork or other emotionally intense experiences. Rochele’s system has defined the elements that are changed with transformation. She can pinpoint those elements that generate the Stress Fractals for a particular issue. She uses this information for the process of Conscious Transformation.
