Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note the following policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and transfers pertaining to Congress registration, optional products, and services:
CE Credit fees are non-refundable.
Registration fees are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, through July 31, 2017.
Registration fees are refundable at a rate of 50% for the cost of registration from August 1, 2017 through October 31, 2017.
No refund will be issued for cancellations starting November 1, 2017.
Registrations are transferable (within the same membership category) from November 1, 2017 until November 28, 2017 with a $75 administrative transfer fee.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please anticipate receiving confirmation within two to three business days.
APPPAH is not responsible for unusual circumstances such as weather conditions, venue location conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring on or after November 1, 2017.
