Physiological Birth: The Foundation of Love, Connection and Health
In this talk I will demonstrate why birth matters and will present an overview of the physiology of the whole process of birth, from the start of labour until the first hour after birth. This will include how a woman’s body is shaped and designed for birthing, the underlying hormonal physiology and natural immune protection, with their implications for emotional health and physical resilience.
