Prenatal Sentience, Psychedelic Healing, and the Future of Therapy

In this Sharing Space article, the author shares the psychotherapeutic process that unfolded after a traumatic prenatal event was uncovered following a ceremony with the Amazonian medicine ayahuasca. He also briefly discusses the implications of psychedelics for the future evolution of psychotherapy, as well as our culture’s resistance to the notion of prenatal sentience and the role of psychedelics in expanding our understanding of human life.
