Study of Prenatal Experiencing-Modality from Developmental Clinical and “Kansei” Psychology Perspectives

In this article, the authors retrospectively analyzed the different modalities of prenatal fetal experiences delineated in different picture books from the perspective of developmental and “kansei” psychology by utilizing the six characteristics of experiencing proposed by Gendlin (1961). The results suggested the possibility of experiences of emotions in unborn children that are elicited without clear emotional experiences.
