Most of the volunteer positions are for those attending in-person-- October 19-22, 2023 in Denver, Colorado. 
(The only virtual volunteer position is for someone who is highly proficient in Zoom hosting and recording procedures.)

Since all Congress participants (In-person and Virtual) will receive access to all session recordings in our virtual event platform, there will be no one-day or partial Congress attendance ticket options available.

Refunds are available 60 days prior to the start of the Congress, minus a $25 administrative fee. After that time, there will be no refunds available. All Session Recordings will be available for 6 months.

We are partnering with WebEx again this year to offer a full-service virtual event platform for all of our Congress participants. After you register, you will receive an email with information about how to access the Event Platform. We highly encourage all participants to complete their profile and engage with other participants and speakers there- before, during and after our Congress weekend.

All main Congress sessions (keynotes and concurrents) will be live-streamed through the event platform website for virtual attendees and recordings will be available for all attendees (both in-person and virtual) for 6 months, through March 2024.
