Santhija G is a passionate prenatal and postnatal practitioner who brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and mindfulness-based counseling to her practice. With a background in construction planning and Vaastu Shastra, Santhija has transitioned into the field of psychology, specializing in Mindfulness-based counseling and Listening With Embodied Presence.
Certified as a PPNE from APPPAH, Santhija believes in gaining knowledge through firsthand experiences and practical application. She has developed an 8-week program called ASHTANGA – Ashtanga Yoga Inspired Bonding Practices for Pregnant Women, which combines mindfulness and bonding practices specifically designed for expectant mothers. This program seeks to provide practical techniques for pregnant women who may not be familiar with spirituality, mindfulness, and self-exploration.
In addition to her expertise in prenatal care, Santhija is also a Traditional Indian Baby Massage and Oil Bath Instructor. Her love for working with babies has inspired her to help parents connect with their little ones through the power of touch and nurturing.
As a dedicated teacher, Santhija embraces the teaching strategies of Gautama Buddha, adapting to the unique needs of each student and empowering them to explore their full potential. She believes that every student is a valuable learning opportunity.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Santhija is a proud parent to two wonderful children. She embraces “Intuitive Parenting” and instills in her children the values of understanding and empathy from an early age.
