Sara began to integrate her own birth imprints in 1990 whilst training in Polarity Therapy, at a time that coincided with relocating to Ireland, the lineage home of her maternal grand-mother. “ Our imprints are gifts,” says Sara. “ One of mine is to joyfully cut to the heart of what matters”!
Her mother’s death in 2015 was the catalysis needed to relinquish her role as organic grower and own her therapeutic path as Biodynamic Craniosacral & Integrative Baby Therapist and Aware Parenting Instructor, specializing in Pre and Perinatal themes & birth trauma recovery for adults & babies.
Trainings with Dr William Emerson, Matthew Appleton,Cherionna Menzam Sills and on-line programmes through Our Birth Journey and Kate White’s platform including the Inner Child Practitioner programme. Sara contributed a chapter to Giving Birth in Ireland. Sara is mum to three and sees clients in person and online.
