Sara Wilson Martin

Sara Wilson Martin is a licensed holistic psychotherapist that has graduated from the Castellino Pre and Perinatal Foundation training, Ojai CA, under Ray Castellino, Mary Jackson, and Tara Blasco, 2023. In addition, Sara received her Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy diploma, also 2023, from the Colorado School of Energy Studies under Liz and Anna Chitty. She is certified in Internal Family Systems Trauma Therapy (level 2) and is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy trained. Sara is also a Polyvagal informed practitioner, with studies under Deb Dana/Steve Porges. Sara is a birth sequencing trauma expert and currently has an online practice.
